In Fort Lauderdale, the best-known bakeries and bagel shops have lines on weekend mornings, so arrive early or order ahead where the shop offers it. Across Florida, immigrant bakeries add Mexican pan dulce, Vietnamese banh mi bread, Chinese buns, Middle Eastern sweets and European rye to the mix, and many gluten-free and vegan bakeries have opened in larger cities. Cookie Head is such a fun spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. I picked up a couple of cookies and ended up liking them more than I expected. They were soft, flavorful, and had a nice texture without being overly sweet. There were several options that looked tempting, so choosing what to get was probably the hardest part. I’d definitely grab a few more next time I’m craving a warm, freshly baked treat.

Every time I travel, I have one tradition that never changes… I go on a mission to find the best local cookie. While exploring Fort Lauderdale, I stumbled across Cookie Head, just a short walk from my hotel. One whiff of the fresh cookies baking inside and I knew I had found something special. I kept it simple and ordered the sugar cookie because, in my opinion, if a bakery can master a classic sugar cookie, they can master anything. Well… Cookie Head absolutely crushed it. WOW. I don’t throw this around often, but this was honestly one of the best sugar cookies I’ve ever eaten. Soft in the center, perfectly buttery, just the right touch of sweetness, and so fresh it practically melted in my mouth. It was one of those desserts where you take the first bite, stop for a second, smile, and immediately start wondering if it’s acceptable to order a second one before you’ve even finished the first. The walk-up window gives the place a fun, laid-back beach vibe, and the staff was just as sweet as the cookies they were serving. If you’re in Fort Lauderdale and have even the slightest sweet tooth, don’t miss this place. Skip the ordinary desserts and make Cookie Head a stop on your adv

This Blueprint Cookies location was worth the adventure! I got the classic chocolate chip, Reese's peanut butter, key lime pie, and dubai chocolate cookies. I was most impressed with the dubai chocolate cookie, but this was also the only time I have ever tried something "dubai chocolate." Although I purchased these at the end of the day, they were not as fresh as I would have hoped. I think this place is worth a try if you are becoming a cookie connoisseur! In comparison, these were much more flavourful (and less sweet) than Crumbl.

I stopped by Blueprint closer to closing time, so the options were limited—literally just a sugar cookie or chocolate chip. I went with the chocolate chip, and honestly, one cookie was more than enough. It was made to perfection, with a gooey center that hits all the right notes. This location is mainly a pickup spot, so don’t expect much ambiance—the charm is really in the cookies themselves, beautifully packed in the signature blue box. Even with limited choices, the experience was worth it!

Absolutely delicious cookies. My first time here and came 30 mins to try them. Blueprint is severely underrated. From tasting the cookies, what I've gathered that sets them apart from others is the quality of ingredients used to make the cookies. You can literally taste the freshness and quality. I won't mention names but the alleged top cookie chain right now which starts with a C has nothing on Blueprint. Bold statement. I'm sure Blueprint will have other locations throughout South Florida and the 50 states opening in the future. It's only fair to others across the country 😁 Shout-out to the Blueprint team. Keep up the good work. I may just franchise a few of these 😉
